Please review the Will Serve Letter Request Packet below for properties with existing water meters. We are not accepting applications for will serve letters for projects that need new meters, as our new meter moratorium is still in place while we develop a new policy for new or expanded service.

CA Public Records Act:
To make a California Public Records Act (CPRA) request, you must submit a request for specific, identifiable records (written or electronic). The Agency must respond within 10 days, stating whether records exist and will be provided, though providing them might take longer. Requests should be clear about the documents, dates, and timeframes, and agencies must assist you in making your request specific and effective. Fees may apply for compilation, printing, and mailing. Pursuant to SB 827, records maintained by the District pursuant to Government Code Sections 53235.2 and 53238.3 may be requested in accordance with these instructions.
Requests can be made via email, in writing, in person, or by phone. Please submit requests to the Meiners Oaks Water District Office.
